The famous silver money plant so called due to its seed heads appearance once pealed. They are biennials, meaning you sow them in one summer for flowers the following year.
Germination Instructions: Sow April to July (and even August/Sept) I start mine in June/July in seed trays and pot on into small pots and moved them outside, and planted into the ground in September/october. Cover with a fine sprinkling or compost. Water well and keep damp until germination, 14-21 days at 12-15°C.
